		<description>don't know but I think "trying to change" can be detrimental. Change has to come from necessity and opportunity and time.  I agree you need keep running with the ball and have fun doing it but just because you don't enjoy it doesn't mean you have to change , you just might need a break or slowdown a bit. </description>
