I know its hard to be away from your Family i had to work nights from 1am to 7am and would sleep most of the day when i was home. I did this for 2 years because i cared for my family. Sometimes we have to look at the long term goals and how they fit into our plans for the family. i almost lost my family when i was young because i was a workaholic i steped back an made plans to budget time for them and work hard on my time and focused my time with my family. I have been married for 28 year now i and glad that i stopped to smell the roses when i did.
